Residenza Florentia - Florence

Amazing staff who were always around to help! The location is perfect, close to the main attractions, and loads of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The daily cleaning was prompt and thorough. Free water was a refreshing bonus!

The shower temperature could be tricky at times.

The twin/double room was new-fashioned with new furniture, a good bathroom, for instance. The location of the hotel was very central, not far from plenty of good restaurants, all main sights of Florence, and duomo and very nice shops.

The location was really good, just a short walk from the train and major attractions. The room was very clean, and the shower spacious-perfect after a day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful, our stay was enjoyable. The availability of free coffee and water in the common area added a nice touch to our experience.

Request for extra hooks in the bathroom to maximize space for toiletries and towels. This can really help with organization.

Residenza Florentia impressed me with its location. Just a short walk from the bustling Santa Maria Novella train station and the fine Duomo. My room, though basic, remained refreshingly clean with daily housekeeping that kept everything tidy. Having free water available was a nice touch during the warm days exploring Florence. Air conditioning worked well, ensuring comfort during the hotter months. I encountered some serious issues with service. An accusation regarding a water bottle led to a very uncomfortable situation. The communication about what was included was poor, leaving me feeling like the staff was trying to make money off misunderstandings rather than cute me. The bathroom in my room seemed to trap heat. I'd recommend the hotel based on its excellent location and cleanliness, but I hope they seriously improve their communication and staff training.

A wide array of outstanding food, I enjoyed it. Its location not too far from a spandrel segmental arch bridge was particularly good. In general the service was helpful. Everything was good, nonetheless a few employees were rather noisy.

The location is fantastic, with the best bar just a short walk away. My room was small but beautifully decorated and super clean. Daily room service was a nice touch, and the staff were wonderful 🍷

Very helpful staff who allowed us to drop off our suitcases before check-in time and leave them there after check-out time. They spoke very good English. Location is literally right next to the main train station, so it could not be more convenient. Room had great AC that was controlled by us. Room was spacious and bathroom had a shower with great hot water and pressure. Lots of places open to eat nearby at night.

Location is very good, room small but clean. It was a bit cold, the owner said it was beacuse it had been closed for few days. There was a problem with the shower but it was immediately sorted when I pointed it out to a member of staff.

This place was awesome! I loved the free coffee and the cozy area to unwind after exploring the city. The shower had a bit of a tricky temperature control, but it didn't take away from my stay. Definitely check out the nearby Mexican restaurant!
